The Epi肠 tissue model (SMI-100) offers numerous advantages versus currently available preclinical testing models such as Caco-2. 基于人体细胞的3D模型包含肠细胞, paneth细胞, M细胞, 簇状细胞和肠干细胞分化成高度分化的细胞,  极化上皮.
